Jeffrey is introduced as the replacement for Jeffy following the events of "SML Movie: Jeffy Dies And Doesn't Come Back." He sports a blue helmet, a pencil lodged in his nose, and a yellow shirt adorned with the name "Jeffy."
Thought it's very clear he's not really Jeffy.
Jeffery, residing in Pensacola, Florida, He usually resides around window sills. Although he only has one nostril available, he possesses an incredible sense of smell. Despite being blind due to the pencil causing major brain damage and a total loss of eyesight, he can still follow you around the room perfectly.
